Leasing Info & Terms

All leases run from August to July 31 of the following year.

The tenant is responsible for utilities and personal property or renter’s insurance.

Crimson Rentals is responsible for home insurance, real estate taxes, lawn care, including mowing and fall pickup, and snow removal.

Adult pets are permitted on a tenant-by-tenant basis, at our single-family homes, subject to Crimson Rentals approval and require a $250 non-refundable deposit per pet. Pets are absolutely not permitted at our apartments located at 303 South Washington.

We provide a rent discount for graduate and professional students, faculty, and their families, including a “no rent increase provision” for leases of two or more years.

All of our properties are smoke free.
